HOLLYWOOD MOTION PICTURE

SYNOPSIS - PLOT OF HOTEL CALIFORNIA, DIARIES, SECRETS AND, SCANDALS

A ground-breaking drama based on a true and compelling story of the Gawzner family who owned California's oldest beachfront resort located in Montecito, California.

The story begins with the dynamic and charismatic, Paul Gawzner, a Russian-Jewish immigrant who fled for his life from Russia to America to seek sanctuary and success. Paul Gawzner later purchased the luxury ocean side hotel during 1939. It served as a social hob-knob for the local community in Montecito, California and a world class consortium of individuals. The consortium listed U.S. Presidents, Hollywood movie moguls, Hollywood stars, other celebrities and the social elite worldwide who revived the hotel's spirit, status and image.

Paul hired a new employee, bell captain, Grover Cleveland Barnes. He is a African-American from Texas who changed the public face forever of the Miramar Hotel and the Montecito community with his infectious smile, spiritual and professional demeanor. As aging Paul Gawzner dies in his sprawling Montecito oceanfront hotel after uttering out enigmatic words of "fake, fools and frauds" to his son, William Gawzner who never understood what the words behind the great hotelier dying thoughts meant. William eventually takes on the complete hotelier responsibility after becoming emotionally devastated that his father lied to him years ago to quit his career job at Hilton Hotel Corporation as he would make a will of the hotel property to him. But instead, the will was legally given to Paul Gawzner's young widowed wife, Gracie Hammond. Despite the hard work and dedication of William Gawzner at the hotel he continued the success of the family's fortune.

William would always asked Grover what were the meaning of those enigmatic words that came from his father. Grover would slowly and cleverly revealed those words of meaning to him as Grover would often scribble daily account of events in his personnel diary during employment.

James Gawzner, son of William Gawzner was also a very successful corporate professional who worked for Hilton Hotel Corporation and was called to duty by his father to quit his career job and to work at the Miramar Hotel to restore the hotel's direction, image and profits who established a surrogate father relationship with Grover. At the same time Jim's brother, Billy Gawzner decided to join Joan Baez's left wing school to big escape from the American socialist and capitalist system as he was prevented from going to Russia as he became emotionally close to his communist ideas and beliefs in result as he committed suicide at the hotel's beach cottage in room 101. The Gawzner family immediately went into great depression which started the downfall of the Miramar Hotel.

June Gawzner Outhwaite was involved in illegal corruption and collusion reportedly with a prestigious legal law firm in Santa Barbara which cost the family their treasure hotel and $31,500,000 US Dollars that were hijacked and absconded in disguise of a charitable trust.
